The Quimbee Freelancer Program
The Quimbee Freelancer Program is designed for experienced legal professionals and academics who would like to write case summaries for the Quimbee database on a contractual basis at rates higher than those prevailing on our requested cases list.
Who We're Looking For
Professional legal writers, legal scholars, law professors, attorneys and legal enthusiasts extraordinaire. Law students are not eligible (sorry, guys!).
How It Works
We give you a list of the case summaries we want written (obviously, we won't assign you cases unrelated to your field of expertise...that would just be evil). We tell you exactly how we want them written and what is expected. You write all of the case summaries by a certain agreed-upon date. We'll pay you 50% up front and the remaining 50% upon completion. It's that simple.
How Much We Pay
$2,500 per casebook is our standard rate (assuming the casebook has a minimum of 150 cases). Other arrangements can be made on a case by case basis (no pun intended).
