The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases of a case summary or case summaries (also known as "case brief" or "case briefs") by Quimbee.com (hereinafter "Quimbee" or the "Site") from its users. Quimbee reserves the right to reject a case summary for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, inaccurate information in the case summary, the discovery that the user does not own or otherwise have the right to sell the case summary, nonconformity with Quimbee's standards of quality, or any other reason. Quimbee makes no guarantee that a case summary will be accepted once it is submitted.

Users selling one or more case summaries to Quimbee agree to grant Quimbee full ownership rights over those case summaries after payment is made to the user. Such case summaries may be included and re-conveyed in any other medium, including but not limited to electronic, print, or in public performance. The Site may choose not to include the name of the person who submitted the content. By using the Site, the user agrees to comply with the terms herein. Users agree NOT to:

• submit copyrighted material to the Site;
• alter copyrighted information to disguise the origin of that content;
• submit content they do not have a right to submit;
• submit content that contains obscene, indecent, or profane language;
• submit content that in any way violates the trademark, copyrighted, or proprietary rights of any individual or entity.

You, the user, agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site, use of the Site, or access to the Site without express prior written permission from the Site.

Users of the Site agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site and its owners, affiliates, officers, agents, volunteers, or employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any party due to or arising out of the user's access or use of the Site; violation of the Terms; or, violation of any rights of another individual. The user is solely responsible for all of his or her actions when using the Site or while performing any actions as a result of use of the Site. Any content obtained through the use of the Service is used at the user's own discretion and risk. The user is solely responsible for use of the Site's content and its subsequent dissemination. No advice or information shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms. Unless expressly stated, content contained in the Site shall not be considered the opinion of the Site, its editorial staff, volunteers, advertisers or any other person or entity associated with the Site.
