How Quimbee Bar Review helped: Short videos and quizzes
Morgan Schriner's background
The University of North Carolina School of Law’s rigorous writing programs and her natural ability to excel at MBE-style questions are the reasons for Morgan’s confident mindset heading into the July bar exam. Although she’s been regularly scoring in the 80th percentile on MBE practice tests, Morgan doesn’t want to become overconfident. This summer will be the first time since 2015 that she won’t be on a 9 to 5 work-study schedule. Morgan has trusted Quimbee since her 1L year in law school, and she relied on Quimbee MPRE Review to help her pass the MPRE. She can’t wait to dive into the full-time, 10-week Quimbee Bar Review+ course that will give her that familiar feeling of studying in law school.

Picking the right bar prep provider
Morgan studied for the MPRE using Quimbee MPRE Review and another brand’s MPRE course. She was able to fairly compare and contrast the 2 courses—and there were a handful of features and materials within the course that helped Morgan ultimately choose Quimbee Bar Review+ for her bar exam preparation.
Getting started
To ensure that her outlines align with the correct Quimbee Bar Review+ videos, Morgan downloads the connected readings and matches the copy with the outlines’ page numbers. She also uses the margins to take notes and highlight, which helps her stay focused on the material.
Finishing strong
Morgan is feeling confident heading into the final few weeks of studying before the bar exam. The simulated MBE and countless practice questions Morgan has answered throughout Quimbee Bar Review+ have helped her halve the time spent on the MBE portion—leaving crucial time to go back and double-check her answers. Morgan's advice to future examinees is to avoid stressing over completing every daily task. With Quimbee’s mobile app and concise videos, she’s discovered that catching up is both manageable and practical.
Entering the home stretch
In the final days before the bar exam, Morgan is focusing on ensuring she's in the right state of mind. She practices positive affirmations daily and maintains her confidence, knowing she has been diligently preparing every step of the way. A major source of Morgan’s confidence is the diagnostic exams she has taken. Throughout her preparation, she has consistently assessed her performance and avoided uncertainty about her standing. By making flashcards for the questions she missed on the previous exams, Morgan can revisit and reinforce areas that need extra attention as she approaches the bar exam.
Waiting to hear back
It’s been a week since Morgan sat for the bar exam, and she doesn’t feel any anxiety awaiting her results. Her confidence largely comes from the thousands of multiple-choice questions she tackled during her preparation—which allowed her to walk out of the exam with a smile on her face. Another major factor that’s played into Morgan’s confidence is Quimbee Bar Review+’s pass rate. Knowing that her statistical odds of passing are strong, Morgan feels no reason to concern herself with self-doubt.
