Colorado-licensed attorneys are required to complete 45 credits, including 7 professional responsibility credits, 2 of which must be EDI (equity, diversity, and inclusivity) credits every 3 years.
Colorado attorneys can fulfill their requirement with any of Quimbee's on-demand courses. Quimbee does get select on-demand courses accredited in Colorado. All other courses can be individually applied for using Form 7 - Independent study activity (on-demand courses).

Teach an approved CLE program. For example, attorneys can earn up to 4 hours of ethics credit for every 50 minutes of teaching.
Complete research activities.

Colorado CLE credits must be completed by December 31 of the reporting year.
No, carryover credit is not allowed.
Colorado attorneys who are in their first reporting period must complete 45 credits, including 5 ethics and 2 diversity credits. The first compliance period begins on the date of admission or certification and ends on the 31st of December of the third full calendar year following the year of admission.
Colorado attorneys must report their compliance by January 31st following the end of their compliance period.
CLE credits can be reported through Colorado’s online affidavit system with the course ID number that the sponsor will provide.
For courses that have not been pre-approved, please submit Form 7 for Independent study activity (on-demand courses) to Colorado's Office of Continuing Legal Education.
