Quimbee on-demand CLE courses are considered self-study credit and you may earn up to 6 self-study credits each reporting year. Please retain your certificate as proof of your attendance. Missouri attorneys are required to complete 12 credits each year, including 2 credits in the areas of professionalism, substance abuse, mental health, legal or judicial ethics, or malpractice prevention and 1 elimination of bias credit.
Missouri attorneys can fulfill their requirement by completing up to 6 general CLE credits through Quimbee’s on-demand courses and nine of Quimbee's live webcasts.
• Attend approved, live, in-person legal education courses.
• Teach an approved CLE course.
• Write legal materials published by an accredited or identified sponsor, a professional journal, or as a monograph.
• Serve as a member of the general assembly.
• Participate in hours of ethics training, and/or obtain specialty credits in areas like cultural competency as needed.
Missouri attorneys must complete their MCLE requirement by June 30.
Yes, up to 15 live credit hours can be carried over to the next reporting cycle.
Newly admitted Missouri attorneys are exempt from the CLE requirement in the year in which they were admitted.
Attorneys must submit their Annual Report of Compliance by July 31.
