Jennifer Hess, JD

Jennifer Hess is a Partner at Riemer Hess LLC, a plaintiff’s ERISA, a long-term disability law firm with headquarters in New York City.  The firm is a top-tier national leader in the practice area of long-term disability claims, appeals, and litigation.  

Ms. Hess has represented hundreds of clients at the firm at the administrative level and in litigations.  With each long-term disability matter that she handles, Ms. Hess strives to deliver total transparency, client empowerment, and dependability, together with the benefit of her expertise.

Ms. Hess regularly lectures on long-term disability matters.  In 2021, she co-authored the book, ERISA Disability Claims and Litigation, with her Partner, Scott Riemer.  Ms. Hess also has written e-books on long-term disability matters, in addition to having her content published by non-profit organizations.  Her litigation matters have been featured by legal news platforms, including Lexis Law 360.  

Ms. Hess is a 2013 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law.  She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from The State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2009.
