Kayla Fattell, JD

Kayla Fattell is an attorney in the firm’s Family Law Practice Group. Kayla represents clients in cases involving divorce, spousal support, child custody and visitation, child support, and domestic disputes. She focuses entirely on matrimonial issues, providing service to clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Kayla received her Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While obtaining her J.D., she served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Villanova Civil Justice Clinic. She represented clients in Protection from Abuse hearings and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status hearings, further strengthening her passion for family law.

Additionally, Kayla worked as a Law Clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court in Cape May and Atlantic counties and as an Associate at a boutique family law firm in Toms River, New Jersey, before joining Offit Kurman. Through these experiences, she has gained immeasurable knowledge regarding court procedures and the best strategy for each individualized family law matter.
