Patrice Asimakis

Patrice is the Director of Legal Services at LegalEase Solutions. She specializes in helping law firms and corporate legal departments gain efficiencies through outsourcing She has crafted innovative solutions in legal research, legal operations, contract management, compliance, litigation services, and legal analytics and most recently was named Innovator of the Year by the 2022 Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards. Previously, Patrice worked in a large firm, and as a solo practitioner, on both litigation and transactional matters.
