Definition

A provision prior to the America Invents Act requiring an inventor claiming priority over another inventor during an interference hearing to show: (1) that there was reasonable diligence between conception and reduction to practice, and (2) that the invention was not abandoned, suppressed, or concealed before the subsequent inventor conceived the invention.
