Racketeering Influence and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act


Provides that an organization will be guilty of violating the Act if it conducts an enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity, including but not limited to murder, kidnapping, gambling, robbery, bribery, and extortion.
