Trademark Dilution Revision Act of 2006

Definition

Revision to the Trademark Act of 1946 passed to cover trademark dilution. The TDRA lays out the factors for determining whether a famous mark’s value has been diluted by another mark and requires only that the holder show a likelihood of dilution, not actual dilution.
