Painless refund process
We promise we won’t make you jump through hoops to get your refund. Our process is simple. If you don’t pass the bar exam, reach out to our customer support team with a copy of your official notification of results. The document can be a copy of your official notification email from your state bar or simply a scan or photo of a physical letter. Once we’ve received the documentation proving you didn’t pass the bar exam on your first try in a UBE jurisdiction (or California or Florida) and we’ve confirmed that you completed at least 75% of our course, we’ll refund 100% of your purchase price.
