Alexander concentrates his practice on environmental law and litigation. Alexander represents both private and public clients in complex environmental litigation and regulatory matters before trial and appellate courts. He also counsels his clients on environmental compliance and transactional issues. He is experienced in matters involving the Clean Water Act, New Jersey Spill Compensation and Control Act, CERCLA, and claims for Natural Resource Damages.
Alexander received his B.A. from Rutgers University with a major in History and a minor in Political Science. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and after graduation, served as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union Vicinage.
He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
