Why pay for case briefs if you can find them elsewhere for free?
To put it simply—Quality. Free case briefs are typically written by students, rarely updated, and offer practically no support. Our case briefs are written by attorneys and law professors, constantly updated, linked to a massive library of related video lessons and practice questions, and offer top-notch support.
Not sure if we will have cases in your casebooks?
We have 14,600+ case briefs keyed to 196 law school casebooks, including the most popular ones from legal publishers such as West Academic, Wolters Kluwer, and LexisNexis. Feel free to browse our casebook coverage.
How does billing work?
Our monthly, semiannual, and annual plans renew automatically until canceled. Our 2-year and 3-year plans will expire automatically at the end of the billing term.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You can try any of our plans totally free for 7 days. During your trial, you’ll get access to up to 10 case briefs. Cancel at any time during your trial, and you won't be charged.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Nope. Quimbee is a pay-as-you-go service. You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click.
If I cancel before the subscription term ends, can I get a refund?
Sorry, we don't offer refunds or credits for partial use.
Will my rate ever go up?
No. Once you sign up, you're "grandfathered in" at the rate at the time of signup. Even if we raise prices, you'll always pay the rate you first paid when you originally signed up.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. At this time we only accept payments online, so we will not be able to accept orders by mail or phone.
How do I access Quimbee Outlines?
You can purchase any Quimbee Outline for a one-time payment of $29. You'll have online access to your purchased outlines forever.
Are Quimbee Outlines refundable?
Sorry, à la carte purchases, including Quimbee Outlines, are nonrefundable.
