Elizabeth Hinkley is a legal services attorney who represents low-income clients in eviction defense, foreclosure prevention, Chap. 7/13 bankruptcy, and consumer protection claims in Massachusetts state and federal courts. Lizzy previously taught legal research and writing and worked as a freelance writer creating online study guides for law students and attorneys.
Lizzy is a former law clerk to the Hon. Frederick H. Weisberg of the D.C. Superior Court, a 2012 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, and a 2007 summa cum laude graduate of the George Washington University. Prior to law school she worked for three years in the Civil Appellate Division at the Department of Justice. Her career interests include expanding her appellate practice and becoming more involved in legislative advocacy.
