James DeStefano, JD

James M. DeStefano is Counsel at Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick and serves clients in the firm’s matrimonial and family law department. James graduated cum laude from New York Law School in 2010. After graduation, James served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Gilson (Sussex County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part). He joined Einhorn Barbarito in September 2011. James’ practice is devoted to family law, where he specializes in handling high net worth divorce matters and prenuptial agreements. James is a volunteer Early Settlement Panelist for Essex County and Morris County. James is a Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association. James has also been recognized several times by Thomson, Reuters, Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.
