Jim Eischen

Jim has 31 years of experience practicing law. For the last ten (10) years, he has developed a national reputation as a private direct medicine healthcare business planning and regulatory compliance expert. He frequently lectures on avoiding professional burnout and helps design healthcare/wellness practice and education models to advance US health. Jim is a well-respected national conference speaker, educator, and legal analyst.

In 2018, he re-wrote the private direct medicine compliance chapter of the California Medical Association’s physician legal handbook. Jim figured there must be a better way to distribute compliance and wellness educational guidance to US innovators and professionals more widely. He created Lofty Learning to deliver that educational insight to a broader audience via an online subscription webinar/audible content platform.
