John Coyle is an associate professor at the University of North Carolina School of Law. His research interests include conflict of laws, contract law, and corporate law. Prior to joining the UNC faculty, Professor Coyle clerked for Judge Reena Raggi on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, practiced corporate law at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C., and worked as a Climenko Fellow at Harvard Law School.
