John T. Parry is the associate dean of faculty and Edward Brunet professor of law at Lewis & Clark Law School. He received his A.B. degree, summa cum laude, from Princeton University in 1986. He received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1991. Professor Parry teaches classes in civil litigation, as well as constitutional law and criminal law. His publications include casebooks on civil rights litigation and criminal law, a treatise on summary judgment, a book on torture, and numerous articles and chapters on various topics.
