Kevin B. Rack is the founder of Rack Law, P.C. in Virginia Beach, where he focuses his practice in advanced estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift tax compliance, elder law and fiduciary litigation.

Mr. Rack earned his B.A. in English from James Madison University (1980), his J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond (1984), and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the Marshall- Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary (1993).

Mr. Rack has consistently been named by U.S. News & World Report to the list of Best Lawyers in America in Trusts and Estates (Litigation) and by his peers to the listing of the Virginia Business “Legal Elite” for over 10 years. Mr. Rack has served as President of the Hampton Roads Estate Planning Council and as Chair of the Elder Law Section of The Virginia Bar Association. He was appointed by Gov. George Allen to serve as a member of the Virginia Governor’s Advisory Board on Aging and received the Distinguished Service Award from the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Mr. Rack has been a frequent continuing legal education faculty member on advanced estate and tax planning, elder law and professional ethics in Virginia and nationally for over 25 years.
