Mary Clapp

Mary Clapp is currently the CEO of Delafran, LLC, where she focuses on franchising, representing franchisors and franchisees.

Ms. Clapp graduated first in her class, summa cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law and previously served as the General Counsel for a franchisor of family entertainment centers. She is passionate about assisting her clients in developing and understanding complex documents and legal concepts, so her clients truly understand why the information matters and are armed with the information and tools needed to grow successful, lasting businesses. Outside of the office, she enjoys painting, sculpting, and the warm Florida weather.
