Samir Parikh is a professor of law at Lewis & Clark Law School and the editor-in-chief of Bloomberg Law Bankruptcy Treatise. He is also a 2018-19 Fulbright Schuman Scholar and will be a visiting professor of law at Oxford University. His research and writing focus on a variety of bankruptcy and commercial-law issues. Prior to joining the faculty at Lewis & Clark, Professor Parikh practiced complex financing restructuring at Latham & Watkins and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
