Valerie Pennacchio

Valerie Pennacchio practiced law for ten years at two AmLaw 200 firms. During this time, her practice morphed from litigation to counseling clients on integrating emerging technology into their business practices. Seeing a great need for innovation in legal, Valerie joined Litera in 2020 as a Transaction Advisor. In this role, she collaboratively developed account specific programs to drive end-user engagement of Litera’s transaction management SaaS solution, Litera Transact. Valerie then moved to the role of Manager, Practice Advisors, where she led Litera’s global team of subject matter experts across all Litera’s workflow tools, including Transact, AI-powered contract review platform, Kira, and Litera’s litigation management platform, Litigate.
