Verne A. Pedro is Managing Partner in the New Jersey office of
Fullerton Beck LLP. Verne has practiced law for over 20 years, focusing
on a diverse insurance coverage counseling and litigation practice. Over
the years, Verne has represented both insurers and policyholders in
complex first-party and third-party coverage matters in multiple
jurisdictions.
In addition to his insurance coverage
practice, Vernedefendsinsurance brokers and agents, architects, and
engineers in professional liability cases. He also handles construction
accidents, transportation cases, subrogation, product liability,
premises liability, copyright, and other general litigation matters.
Verne earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2001. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
