Victoria Liccione

Victoria Liccione is an attorney who has spent much of the last 20 years as a law professor, both full and part-time, while raising five children. She began her legal career as a federal judicial law clerk, served as a Staff Attorney and Assistant United States Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, worked as a private practice civil and criminal litigator, and is currently a North Carolina Superior Court and Family Financial mediator. She has experience across the law school curriculum, with particular emphasis on criminal law and procedure, evidence, appellate practice, and constitutional law.
