Definition

A provision of the United States Bankruptcy Code that sets forth a debtor’s obligations including the reporting of information relating to the debtor’s financial affairs, the debtor’s treatment of property in which others hold a security interest, and requirements as to cooperation and participation with the court and the trustee.
