[42 U.S.C. § 300a-7(c)] An amendment prohibiting entities that receive certain government funding from discriminating against a healthcare employee on the basis of the employee’s religious or moral convictions regarding abortion or sterilization procedures or the employee’s refusal to perform or participate in abortions or sterilization procedures.
