Definition

Services, as defined in American Bar Association Model Rule of Professional Conduct 5.7(b), that might reasonably be performed in conjunction with the provision of legal services, that are related in substance to legal services, and that are not prohibited as the unauthorized practice of law if provided by a nonlawyer.
