[21 U.S.C. § 355(j)(2)(A)(vii)(IV)] A certification from an ANDA patent applicant that the brand-name, or “pioneer,” patent is invalid or will not otherwise be infringed by the manufacture, use, or sale of the drug subject of the ANDA application.
