Particularly Serious Crime

Definition

One or more aggravated felonies for which a noncitizen has been convicted by a final judgment and received an aggregate sentence of at least five years of imprisonment, although the attorney general has the discretion to consider a crime particularly serious even if the sentence is less than five years of imprisonment.
