Definition
Provision that specifies the following damages as recoverable for harm to land resulting from nuisance: (1) the difference between the value of the land before the harm and the value after the harm; (2) the cost of restoration that has been or may be reasonably incurred; (3) the loss of use of the land; and (4) discomfort and annoyance to the occupant.
