UCC § 2-201(3)

Definition

A provision of the Uniform Commercial Code rendering an oral contract for goods over a certain dollar amount enforceable against a party (1) under certain circumstances where the goods are specially manufactured for the buyer, (2) where such party admits the agreement, with respect to the quantity of goods admitted, or (3) where payment has been made and accepted or the goods received and accepted, with respect to the quantity of goods paid for or received.
