Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) § 2-610

Definition

A provision of the Uniform Commercial Code that says if one party to a contract for the sale of goods commits anticipatory repudiation, then the other party can: (1) suspend performance and (2) either wait for the first party to perform or else pursue one of the remedies available for breach.
