Definition

Provision of the Uniform Commercial Code providing that a buyer who rightfully rejects or justifiably revokes his acceptance of goods has a security interest in the goods in his possession for any payments made for the goods and any reasonable expenses incurred in their inspection, receipt, transportation, care, and custody.
