Definition

A fast process by which the owner of a registered mark can obtain the suspension of a registered domain name if the mark owner shows that (1) the domain name is identical or confusingly similar to the mark, (2) the registrant of the domain name has no legitimate right or interest in the domain name, and (3) the domain name was registered and is being used in bad faith.
