(defendant) registered the domain name wwwwired.com. The URL directed users to a third-party advertising website. The website advertised online sources for Wired and other magazines. Advance filed a complaint with the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center, seeking transfer of MSA’s domain name.
