Facts
Juan Andrade (plaintiff) sued Walgreens-OptionCare, Inc. (Walgreens) (defendant), alleging that he was negligently pricked by an improperly disposed-of needle. Andrade planned to testify at trial. Andrade filed a motion in limine to exclude evidence that he had lied about his Social Security number on employment forms, which Walgreens planned to use to impeach Andrade’s credibility.
