Dr. Nicholas Angelopoulos (plaintiff) sued Dr. Martin Hall (defendant). Angelopoulos sought to introduce opinion testimony of Dr. Michael Hartman on Hall’s character for untruthfulness. Hall planned to testify at trial. Hartman had known Hall for approximately six months because they both worked at Keystone Orthopedic Specialists. Hartman had spoken to Hall approximately once per week during that time. Hall filed a motion in limine to exclude Hartman’s opinion testimony.
