Florida Court of Appeal
481 So. 2d 1002 (1986)
- Written by Sean Carroll, JD
Facts
Florida Mobile Home Communities, Inc. (FMHC) was partners with Atlantic Mobile Homes, Inc. (defendant). LeFever, Krause, and Clark (plaintiffs) obtained a money judgment against FMHC. Neither Atlantic nor the Atlantic-FMHC partnership was a party to the underlying litigation. To satisfy the money judgment, LeFever sought to attach and liquidate FMHC’s interest in the Atlantic-FMHC partnership’s assets. The trial court permitted the attachment and liquidation. Atlantic appealed.
