Facts
An Austrian buyer (plaintiff) and a Ukrainian seller (defendant) concluded a sales agreement. The agreement specified that the parties would set the sales price at the end of the year. When the seller refused to deliver the agreed-upon goods, the buyer filed a complaint with the Russian Chamber of Commerce’s arbitration tribunal.
