Facts
Chandler Flyers, Inc. (plaintiff) owned a parcel of land in a real estate development owned by Stellar Development Corporation (defendant). The development had a small airport for residents who commuted via small airplanes. Chandler sought to operate a flight school on its property. Chandler brought suit seeking an easement by necessity over other lots in the development to enable airplane access from its parcel to the airport. Chandler could access its parcel on land via a public highway. The trial court held in favor of Stellar. Chandler appealed.
