Georgia Court of Appeals
195 Ga. App. 184, 393 S.E.2d 33 (1990)
- Written by Alex Ruskell, JD
Facts
Curry Corporation (plaintiff) leased a car to Mooro (defendant). Curry failed to disclose the correct fees and taxes, other charges, warranties, and end of term liability at the signing of the lease. Additionally, Curry charged Mooro $350.48 per month when the agreement stated that the lease was for $337 per month. Mooro returned the car and terminated the lease agreement. Curry Corporation sued to enforce the lease, and the court ruled in Mooro’s favor. Curry appealed.
