Facts
The heirs of Noah Laney (defendants) filed a claim against the estate of N.H. Harris for breach of the covenant of warranty in a deed executed by Harris to Laney. The administrator of Harris’ estate (plaintiff) petitioned the court for an order directing the payment of debts from the estate.
