Facts
Dee-K Enterprises, Inc. (Dee-K) and others (plaintiffs), United States corporations, sued corporations in the United States, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand, including Heveafil Sdn. Bhd. (Heveafil) (defendants), a Malaysian company. Dee-K had purchased rubber thread from Heveafil and alleged a conspiracy among the defendants to fix prices and restrain competition in rubber thread. Heveafil objected to the suit on the bases of jurisdiction and venue.
