Facts
Tupac Shakur (defendant) was found guilty of sexually abusing Doe (plaintiff). After the conviction, Doe filed a civil suit seeking damages against Shakur. Doe filed the suit under seal, using a pseudonym. Shakur filed a motion asking the court to disclose Doe’s name.
