Facts
A home owned by Vera Dyer and her two sons (plaintiffs) was damaged when Maine Drilling & Blasting, Inc. (Maine Drilling) (defendant) began blasting rock nearby in connection with a construction project to replace a bridge and access roads. Dyer filed suit against Maine Drilling. Maine Drilling moved for summary judgment. The trial court granted Maine Drilling’s motion. The Dyers appealed.
