Facts
The Gregersons (plaintiffs) purchased a plot of land from Mr. Jensen (defendant). Unbeknownst to the Gregersons, Mr. Jensen had previously transferred the deed to the plot of land to Ms. Jensen. Both the transfer to the Gregersons and to Ms. Jensen were unrecorded. The Gregersons brought suit alleging that they were bona fide purchasers for value and had no notice.
