Facts
Steven Howard (plaintiff) was an inmate at the North Central Unit (NCU) in Arkansas. Howard sued NCU employees Robert Henderson and Dustin Foret, among others, under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for violations of the Eighth Amendment. Howard alleged that Henderson and Foret verbally sexually harassed him. The federal district court denied motions for summary judgment based on qualified immunity submitted by Henderson and Foret. Henderson and Foret appealed.
