Facts
B.B. (defendant) was a juvenile who was adjudicated delinquent after she pleaded guilty to battery. A trial court entered a disposition in B.B.’s case without considering a predisposition report. The trial court noted in its disposition order that B.B. had waived the predisposition report. However, the waiver was not reflected on the record. B.B. appealed the disposition order, citing this alleged error under Florida law.
