Facts
Oscar Rodriguez broke into the home of his ex-girlfriend with Meagan R., a fourteen-year-old girl. While there, the two engaged in sexual intercourse, thereby violating the jurisdiction’s statutory rape law. The juvenile court subsequently found that Meagan R. was guilty of burglary because she had broken into a home with the purpose of committing the felony of statutory rape.
